This exercise is basically about acquiring a kind of basic trust in the cosmos. You can do this exercise at any time (even during the day) but it works best on a starry night and in combination with the Starfish Gate. Begin by forming the words “One ray from each star is just for me” in your mind. You should become aware of the power of this statement. Become aware of how high above you the stars are shining, how exactly one special ray from each star is pointing in your direction, emitting its light and finally hitting you. Imagine the cosmos with its billions of stars whose rays are all directed towards the center. Now imagine this picture as a puzzle with a missing piece in the middle that is shaped like a human being. And now place yourself in this center, merge with the picture and understand that this picture of the puzzle, that this cosmos is only complete when you are there. When the rays of the stars connect with you and make you yourself a part and everything becomes a whole. You become part of the puzzle, the puzzle becomes the cosmos and you become a part of it. Remember, no matter how small and insignificant you are this cosmos as it exists right now in this moment is only complete with you and that makes you a very very important part of it. Oh yes, and by the way, light is of course a great carrier of information so that you get a concentrated load of cosmic wisdom just like at the Starfish Gate.
