Thanks for putting up with me for the last five years or so. Spare a thought for my Mum who's done so for nearly 30!
While Chasing Eris has been showing little movement, a lot has been happening below the surface. We are now months away from publication, and there's a few more things I'd like from you before we can finally reach readers.
1. Where possible I'd like to put sketches or photos of people in this book - this is because there's in the vincinity of 75 people named in this work and pictures will help readers to keep track of who's who. Obviously this will suit some people well, and some not at all. If you're OK with me including a photo or sketch of you, please let me know and send me a simple face picture. (If I go with sketches, I'll run the image past you first).
2. I've tried to get out copies of chapters to everyone to fact-check and make sure people are satisfied with how they're represented, that I haven't misquoted anyone and that any 'alternative facts' have been edited out. If you have not had a chance to review your chapter, please let me know as I'd be happy to resend a copy of relevant parts of the manuscript for your perusal.
