You have to unlock some of them first.

For instance if you say "Darf ich schönes Bahnhof Schnitzel haben mit Autobahn Kraftwerk vielen spaẞ?" to the second flight attendant at Bremen Airport. You can also attempt to wall glitch, but this can be dangerous in real life (remember they went through Larry, Mary and Barry Potter smashing their brains into a wall, before Harry Potter finally did it)

The sauerkraut will then spawn in a blue bucket in the handicapped toilet on the first floor. It may appear like a mop, but don't judge it before you taste it.
